Into the woods: Hale Center Theater
I hope everyone saw Into the woods this past month and started writing their review paper. As your next part of the assignment I would like each of you to comment on a character from the show that you liked and why. Comment on their character choices and what you thought they did well or what they could do better. This needs to be done by Monday, beginning of class. Thank you!
Great Job at the practice Audition
Everyone needs to comment on how they think Friday's practice audition went by next week's final audition. You need to comment on your performance, how you think you did, 2 ways you can improve, and how you can be better prepared for next week's final audition. Thank you
A Proper Introduction
Due to popular demand I am listing the requirements for a proper introduction to an audition.
1. State your name
2. Say the name of your piece
3. Be yourself
Remember these points for this weeks practice audition in class. I want everyone to be able to comfortable when they audition. Practice Practice!!

Welcome to your first theater blog
Welcome to your first theater blog. I just wanted to tell you a little more what this blog is about. Basically this blog is a place for you (the student) to comment on past auditions you have done in class or outside. Also to comment on shows that you have seen. A couple times during the semester I will also post a video of you doing an audition and you will have to comment on that as well. From your comments you will also get feedback from me. This will help you improve and hopefully make this semester of theater a lot easier for you. Good luck and have fun!!
